Donna Cleland (Director of Professional Development) is the director of professional development for the Center was Assistant Director of Science for the Math Science Partnership of Greater Philadelphia, and in that role developed all of its professional development offerings in science. She has been an adjunct professor for science methods courses, a reviewer for the state of Pennsylvania for the state science test items, and a writer of science assessment items for the PRAXIS tests.
